For this exercice of the sound design formation, we had to upload a sound that intrigues, well, james baldwin eloquent voice, litteral & metaphorically inspired & triggered me. . . Also the sound of electro-magnetic technology called tape is something i have always been fond of. . . So i made an edit of an edit of the james baldwin debate of +- 10 minutes !. This is the sound my computer's fan made, recorded with my laptop. Apparently, this fan is crapping out and goes haywire after less than ten minutes. I will have to get a new one, but the sound may be useful for people who need examples of a loud, broken pc fan. Again, recorded with laptop, not best quality. This is a sound in the creative commons, and i am giving up my rights to this sound as it is a sound every pc makes, and it's intended use is to allow everyone an example of a broken pc fan.

Got around to putting a swish noise on my punchy_evolution 2 snare and the result was alright, then i compressed it a little bit and put a little bitcrushing on it to maximize the volume.

This is a whole string of sounds involving a handheld cassette player, including removing the cassette from the case, rewinding, fast-forwarding, stopping, and playing. The music played is my own that i've recorded so it is included in the creative commons license. This is meant to be a wide range of sounds that you can edit and pull out just what you need.
